Q. Do you supply bathrooms?

A. Yes we can supply bathrooms and all bathroom accessories at competetive prices.

Q. Do you supply kitchens?

A. Yes we supply kichens

Q. Do you offer a free deign service?

A. Yes we offer a free kitchen design service

Q What if I want to buy my kitchen or bathroom will you install it?

A. Yes we can install

Q.Can you supply tiles?

A. Yes we can supply tiles

Q. What method of payment do you accept?

A. We accept cheques, cash, or internet banking debit transfer.

Q. Do you take credit cards?

A. No sorry we do not accept credit or debit cards under any circumstances.

Q. Do you require a deposit before you start work?

A. We would require a deposit for bathroom suites, kitchens and other expensive items that you wish us to supply. Full payment would be required for these items prior to delivery. 

A. We may ask for payment and or a deposit for other items but you will be advised of this prior to commencement of any work.

Q. Do you require a deposit for labour costs?

A. We do not normally ask for any labour costs in advance. Again this would be discussed with you prior to any work commencing.

Q. When do you expect full payment for the work?

A. Full payment for labour and outstanding materials is due on day of completion. Unless other arrangements have been made in writing prior to commencement of any works.

Q. Is the work guaranteed?

A. We normally cover our workmanship for 1 year.

A. Products installed are covered by manufacturer's guarantees.  You will be given all relevant documentation, please ensure you comply with manufacturers instructions for registering / guaranteeing their products.

A. In the very unlikly event of a dispute that cannot be resolved, we would refer you to the Medway Fair Trader scheme of which we are members.

Q. Are you insured?

A. Yes we have business insurance to a value of £2 million

Q. What happens to the waste?

A. We are not licensed to carry any waste whatsoever. We will advise you of disposal options, which include skips and 'Hippo' bags. When practical all waste materials will be bagged and left in a suitable area on your property for future disposal.
